To begin a carrier relationship with Golden Shores, a set up packet must be completed and sent in.

  • Completed Carrier Set Up Packet
  • MC License
  • W9
  • Insurance certificate made out to Golden Shores, LLC with these requirements:
    • Liability Coverage minimum – $1,000,000
    • Cargo Coverage minimum – $100,000
